For those of us that are athletic we are accustomed to a low resting pulse rate (mine is between 48-58 beats per minute-BPM) and blood pressure on the low side (mine is typically 110/70 with 120/80 considered normal) Did you know that low blood pressure can also be a warning sign for some serious health problems?
